The Chautauqua County Home is a 216-bed skilled nursing facility, fully licensed by the State of New York Department of Health, and is certified by Medicare and Medicaid. We offer 24-hour professional nursing care to all residents. Residents and their families don't have to arrange for time-consuming, off-site visits for most medical services. Medical care includes our resident physician and dentist, and in-house lab, X-ray, podiatrist and optometrist. The Chautauqua County Home is rated as "the cleanest in the county."
